1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website www.imhr.in or enrolling in any program offered by the Institute for Mental Health & Research (IMHR), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.


2. Nature of Services

IMHR provides structured, non-clinical educational certification programs in mental health, wellbeing, and related disciplines.

IMHR:

  • Does not provide medical advice
  • Does not provide therapy or psychological treatment
  • Does not grant licenses to practice psychology or clinical services
  • Does not guarantee employment or income

All certifications are issued for educational and professional development purposes only.


3. Eligibility

By enrolling in a course, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or
  • You have obtained parental/guardian consent

IMHR reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its discretion.


4. Enrollment & Payments

  • Course fees must be paid in full before access is granted (unless installment option is provided).
  • All payments are processed through authorized payment gateways.
  • IMHR reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access.


5. Refund & Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated in a specific program policy:

  • Course fees are non-refundable once access to course material has been granted.
  • Administrative or processing fees may be deducted where refunds are permitted.
  • No refunds will be issued for failure to complete coursework.

Separate Refund Policy may apply where published.


6. Certification Issuance

Certificates are issued only when:

  • Course requirements are successfully completed
  • Assessments are cleared
  • All payments are fully settled

IMHR reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification in cases of:

  • Academic dishonesty
  • Misrepresentation
  • Policy violation

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, videos, frameworks, academic structures, branding, logos, and certification formats are the exclusive intellectual property of IMHR.

Users may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Record
  • Distribute
  • Resell
  • Modify
  • Share login credentials

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.


8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Share course access with others
  • Misrepresent certification status
  • Claim clinical authority based on IMHR certification
  • Use IMHR branding without permission

IMHR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.


9. Limitation of Liability

IMHR shall not be liable for:

  • Career outcomes or employment decisions
  • Business losses arising from use of certification
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control

Participation in courses is voluntary and at the user’s own discretion.


10. Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or LMS. Maintenance, updates, or technical failures may temporarily restrict access.


11. Third-Party Services

IMHR may use third-party platforms for:

  • Payment processing
  • Hosting
  • Learning management
  • Communication tools

We are not responsible for policies or actions of such third parties.


12. Termination

IMHR reserves the right to:

  • Suspend accounts
  • Cancel enrollments
  • Revoke certifications

If a user violates these Terms & Conditions.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in
[Pune & Maharashtra].


14. Changes to Terms

IMHR reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
